Shawl Project Meet Up

Event Details:

It's not a meeting, it's a making! Let's get our creative juices flowing as we gather in-person at the Bethany Center to prepare for the Summer Youth Program (SYP).

We're going to:

1. Check out the weaving looms for younger campers
2. Put together the "Slow Sewing" kits for older youth

We've got fabric, lace, buttons and zip bags. Each student will get a bag to work with over the weeks of the SYP.

Please bring your scissors if you have any. Also, if you have any thread, embroidery thread, sewing needles, pins, buttons, thimbles, embroidery hoops, novelty fabrics, cords, or glue sticks to donate, please bring them along!
