Soul Fit Workouts

Join us every Saturday morning at 10:00 AM for gentle, accessible, and affordable exercise classes. Soul Fit Workouts focus on several types of fitness instruction, including strength, flexibility, balance, and aerobic training.
Adults of all fitness levels are invited to enhance their physical fitness and overall health and wellness.

Soul Fit Workouts are currently hosted in an online format. Don't worry! You won't need equipment. Just bring a hand towel, a chair, and your sense of adventure.
