- Free health screenings on site!
*For qualifying patients. Bring your CDC vaccine card with you to the clinic if possible. New cards are also available. Please also bring all medical and pharmacy insurance cards.
Lunch & Learn:
Stick around after the clinic for a free Lunch and Learn session on the topic of Aging and Your Memory. Pre-registration is required in order to receive lunch.
