*Available only to qualifying patients
Bring your CDC vaccine card with you to the clinic if possible. New cards are also available. Please also bring all medical and pharmacy insurance cards.
Lunch & Learn:
Stick around after the clinic for a Lunch and Learn session. Pre-registration is required in order to receive lunch.
