- Pneumonia, Shingles, & Tetanus*
*For qualifying patients. Bring your CDC vaccine card with you to the clinic if possible. New cards are also available. Please also bring all medical and pharmacy insurance cards.
Learn Your Numbers!
Do you know what your health numbers should look like? Health screenings can help you learn your numbers.
For example, Blood Pressure should be less than 120/80 MMHG. Untreated high blood pressure (AKA hypertension) can put stress on your heart and blood vessels.
