Celebrate community while you care for your health at Homewood North! We're offering FREE vaccines and health screenings during Community Day (sponsored by HACP).
The first 50 eligible participants who get a bivalent COVID vaccine will receive a $25 gift card!

- COVID Bivalent Shots (Ages 6+)
- Pneumonia, Shingles, & Tetanus*
*For qualifying patients. Bring your CDC vaccine card with you to the clinic if possible. New cards are also available. Please also bring all medical and pharmacy insurance cards.
