Shawl Project Meetup

Event Details:

Let's finish those slow sew kits! We're getting together in-person at the Bethany Center to continue preparing for the Summer Youth Program (SYP).

We're going to:

1. Complete the "Slow Sewing" kits for campers
2. Make a kit that you can take home yourself
3. Enjoy lunch together at the Master's Kitchen

With help from our makers at the Shawl Project, summer camp youth will learn to hem and sew buttons!

Please come and lend a hand if you can. We have great fabrics, laces, buttons to compile. Plus, thanks to a cut up pair of jeans, we also have DENIM swatches to work with.
